    Making ASP saving terms more flexible

    The home saving scheme (ASP) aimed at first-time home buyers will be reformed and its provisions consolidated into a single act. The upper age limit for saving will be abolished, the number of repayment-free periods increased, and the minimum saving period will begin to be counted in months rather than quarters.

    Tightening conditions for housing allowance
