Centralising state venture capital in Tesi
State venture capital and business financing activities will be brought together under Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy (Tesi). The Climate Fund and Oppiva Invest will be wound up, and financing that involves state aid will be transferred to a new subsidiary, Teollisuustuki Oy.

Enabling direct state corporate investments
Business Finland Venture Capital Oy will in exceptional cases be able to make direct equity investments containing state aid in companies. The investments will support sectors and companies that are strategically important to the Finnish economy and industry.
