Reforming regulation of fire safety devices
Rules on the installation, servicing and inspection of fire detectors, automatic fire extinguishing systems and portable fire extinguishers will be reformed and consolidated into a new act. At the same time, the administrative burden on companies installing and servicing the equipment will be reduced.

Opening chimney sweeping to competition
The district chimney sweeping system and price regulation will be abolished throughout the country, and the sector will transition to free competition. Property owners will choose and order a chimney sweep themselves.
