Employers will be required to keep a list of employees exposed at work to agents hazardous to reproductive health. The employer must retain these exposure records for five years.

Establishing a national Genome Centre
A new expert authority, the Genome Centre, will be established in Finland to guide and support the use of human genomic data in healthcare and medical research. The centre will operate as an independent unit within THL (the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare) and provide national recommendations as well as general advice.
