The maximum waiting time for access to non-urgent primary healthcare medical treatment will be kept at 14 days. The previously planned seven-day care guarantee will be abandoned due to healthcare staff shortages.

Speeding up access to primary healthcare
Patients will be able to access non-urgent primary medical care within seven days and dental care within three months of an assessment of the need for care. Health centres will have to be contactable and provide an individual assessment of the need for care during the same working day.
