Implementing the US defence cooperation agreement
Finland will implement the Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) concluded with the United States, establishing rules for the US military presence in Finland. The agreement grants the US armed forces access to several Finnish Defence Forces sites and enables joint military action in all security situations.

Deepening Nordic defence security of supply
Finland, Sweden and Norway would agree on cooperation on security of supply in national defence. In crisis and disruption situations, the countries could provide each other with support related to defence materiel and services.
