Extending the reception allowance cut
The previously implemented cut to the reception allowance and spending allowance paid to asylum seekers and beneficiaries of temporary protection will be extended until June 2026. The level of support will remain at its current level until permanent legislative amendments on the matter enter into force.

Simplified court procedure for small tenancy disputes
A simplified court procedure for residential tenancy disputes and evictions will be established in the district courts. The reform lowers the threshold for bringing and contesting a claim by capping the losing party's liability for legal costs.

Restricting reimbursement for damaged euro coins
The Bank of Finland may refuse to accept and reimburse deliberately damaged euro coins or coins in exceptionally poor condition. The change will not affect the exchange of coins worn in normal circulation.
