    Authorities will be granted the right to intervene in the activities of military groups operating without state insignia and to use force against them throughout the country. The entry of an unmarked military group into the country will be criminalised as a violation of territorial integrity.

    The gathering of evidence for criminal investigations between EU countries will be streamlined through the introduction of a common European Investigation Order. The new procedure speeds up cross-border legal assistance and makes it more binding on authorities than before.

    Rules on market surveillance and import inspections for various product groups will be consolidated into a single general act. Tukes (the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency) will supervise products on the market and Finnish Customs will inspect imports at the EU's external borders.
