Strengthening supervision of underpayment
The occupational safety and health authority will be able to oblige an employer to pay an employee the minimum wage under a generally applicable collective agreement, enforced with a conditional fine. In addition, the authority must report detected offences of fraud and usury to the police and serious workplace indoor air problems to the municipality.

Grants for investigating indoor air problems
The state will begin granting aid for condition surveys and renovation planning concerning moisture and indoor air problems in residential buildings. Support will be available to owners of detached houses and housing companies.
