Reforming Sitra's governance structure
A dedicated supervisory board, separate from the Parliamentary Supervisory Council of the Bank of Finland, will be established for the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. At the same time, the composition of Sitra's board of directors and the position of the president will be reformed.

Sitra's official liability and appeal ban
Criminal liability for acts in office will be laid down for Sitra's management and employees. In addition, decisions made by Sitra on project and business funding will continue not to be open to appeal in court.
