Unemployed people will be able to complete short-term and part-time studies more freely without losing their unemployment benefit. At the same time, a full job-seeking requirement will be imposed on those studying independently on unemployment benefit who hold a vocational qualification.

Securing rescue services amendments
Legislative amendments concerning rescue services will be separated from the delayed regional reform. This will allow reforms concerning oil spill response, training for contract fire brigade personnel and civil defence shelters to enter into force right from the beginning of 2019.
