Earnings exemption for military allowance
Conscripts and persons performing non-military service will be able to earn 200 euros a month without it reducing their military allowance. The change encourages persons performing service to work during leave.

Study materials supplement for low-income students
A new monthly study materials supplement will be introduced for upper secondary students from low-income families. In addition, the period of eligibility for student financial aid for general upper secondary studies will be extended by one month per academic year.
