Speeding up criminal proceedings
The processing of criminal cases will be streamlined and expedited from the preliminary investigation stage through to court proceedings. The reform introduces, among other things, a new method of summons, time limits for naming evidence, and the option to record interrogations using audio only.

Reforming population data and move notifications
Submitting notifications of a move by telephone will be discontinued, and the fine for failure to notify will be abolished. The correction of data in the population information system and the procedure for administrative review of decisions will be clarified.
