Improving legal protection against discrimination
Victims of discrimination will be ensured a better opportunity to conciliate their cases or seek a resolution without fear of the time limit for bringing an action expiring. At the same time, the independence and smooth operation of equality and non-discrimination authorities will be strengthened.

Pay transparency and preventing pay discrimination
Jobseekers and employees will be guaranteed the right to receive more transparent information on pay in order to prevent gender-based pay discrimination. Large employers will be required to investigate and report gender pay gaps regularly.

New agency for special authorities
A new agency will be established under the Ministry of Justice to bring together the administrative and support services of eleven independent special authorities. The authorities, such as the various ombudspersons and the Safety Investigation Authority, will retain their independence and current duties.
