The road traffic management telematics tasks of the Southeast Finland ELY Centre (Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment) and the personnel performing them will be transferred to a state-owned traffic management company. The reform will standardise the maintenance of telematics systems and clarify managerial responsibility.
