Laki elinkeino-, liikenne-, ja ympäristökeskusten tieliikenteenohjauksen ja -hallinnan telematiikkatehtävien ja henkilöstön siirrosta Intelligent Traffic Management Finland Oy:lle
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §Elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksista siirtyvä tehtävät
Elinkeino-, liikenne-, ja ympäristökeskusten tieliikenteenohjauksen ja -hallinnan telematiikkatehtävät ja niitä suorittava henkilöstö siirretään liikenteen palveluista annetun lain (320/2017) 137 §:ssä tarkoitettuna tieliikenteenohjaus ja -hallintapalvelun tarjoajana toimivalle Intelligent Traffic Management Finland Oy:lle.
2 §Henkilöstön asema
Henkilöstön asemaan sovelletaan valtion virkamieslain (750/1994) 5 e ja 5 f §:n säännöksiä liikkeen luovutuksesta.
3 §Toiminnan jatkuvuus hallintoasioissa
Vireillä olevissa tieliikenteenohjauksen ja -hallinnan telematiikkatehtäviä koskevissa hallintoasioissa osakeyhtiö tulee hallinto- ja hallintolainkäyttöasioissa elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskusten sijaan ilman eri päätöstä.
4 §Voimaantulo
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
