Facilitating basic banking and bank switching
Everyone legally resident in the EEA will be guaranteed the right to a basic payment account and online banking credentials without discrimination. In addition, transferring a bank account and recurring payments from one bank to another will become easier through a mandatory account switching service.

Reforming housing credit and peer-to-peer lending
The comparability of housing loans will be improved with a standardised form, and borrowers will be granted the right to cancel a housing loan within 14 days even when transacting at a branch. At the same time, peer-to-peer loan intermediaries will be brought under official registration and consumer protection rules.

Business subsidies exceeding half a million euros will be published on a public website. Companies receiving energy tax subsidies will have to submit basic information to the authorities for aid monitoring.

Reforming Church personnel and employee rights
Church employers will no longer be required to maintain a statutory service register for their staff. In addition, church officeholders will gain the right to paid leave to seek employment in redundancy situations and clearer leave entitlements for holding municipal positions of trust.

Civilian oversight of Defence Forces healthcare
Healthcare organised by the Finnish Defence Forces will be transferred to the supervision of Valvira (the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health) and the Regional State Administrative Agency. The change would align the supervision of Finnish Defence Forces healthcare with that of other healthcare services.

Reforming listed company reporting and supervision
The statutory obligation for listed companies to publish quarterly reports will be abolished, and the prospectus requirement for small securities offerings will be eased. At the same time, the notification obligation for major shareholdings will be expanded, and sanctions for market violations will be tightened.
