Streamlining research use of health data
Health and social services client data can be utilised more easily and quickly for purposes such as scientific research, statistics and innovation activities. Data permits and the combining of datasets will be centralised under a single authority, and data will be processed in supervised, secure data environments.

More flexible funding for preparatory education
Municipalities will receive state funding for preparatory education for basic education for immigrant children even when a pupil is not enrolled at the school on the official statistical calculation date in September. The change ensures the conditions for organising instruction for asylum seeker children who arrive in the middle of the school year, for example.
