Laki opetus- ja kulttuuritoimen rahoituksesta annetun lain 12 ja 48 §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään opetus- ja kulttuuritoimen rahoituksesta annetun lain (1705/2009) 12 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1410/2014, väliaikaisesti uusi 2 momentti ja 48 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on osaksi laeissa 486/2013 ja 1410/2014, väliaikaisesti uusi 7 momentti seuraavasti:
12 §Rahoitus maahanmuuttajien perusopetukseen valmistavaan opetukseen
Vähintään neljä, mutta vähemmän kuin kahdeksan kuukautta yhtäjaksoisesti opetuksessa olleiden 48 §:n 7 momentissa tarkoitettujen oppilaiden osalta myönnettävän 1 momentissa tarkoitetun rahoituksen euromäärä kerrotaan luvulla 0,5.
48 §Opiskelija- ja oppilasmäärien laskeminen
Jos perusopetuslain 5 §:ssä tarkoitettua perusopetukseen valmistavaa opetusta järjestetään 6—16-vuotiaalle oppilaalle siten, että vähintään neljä kuukautta yhtäjaksoisesti kestävät opinnot eivät tulisi otetuksi huomioon opetuksen järjestäjän rahoituksessa, mainittua opetusta saaneet 6—16 -vuotiaat oppilaat luetaan opetuksen päättymistä seuraavan 3 momentissa tarkoitetun laskentapäivän oppilasmääriin. Jos vähintään kahdeksan kuukautta yhtäjaksoisessa opetuksessa ollut oppilas voidaan lukea oppilasmääriin tämän momentin perusteella, ei samaa oppilasta voida lukea saman laskentapäivän oppilasmäärään muulla perusteella.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2016 ja on voimassa vuoden 2016 loppuun Lakia sovelletaan kuitenkin jo 20 päivä syyskuuta 2015 jälkeen aloitettuihin opintoihin. Lisäksi 12 §:n 2 momenttia sovelletaan 48 §:n 7 momentin perusteella ilmoitettujen oppilaiden osalta myös vuonna 2017 myönnettävään rahoitukseen.
