Restricting municipal wage subsidies

Wage subsidies paid to municipalities will be restricted so that they are granted only for hiring persons with partial work ability or long-term unemployed persons aged 60 or over. At the same time, employment service and compulsory work duties during states of emergency under the Emergency Powers Act will be transferred to the new employment authorities.
