Reinstating statutory workplace accident investigations
Investigations into serious workplace accidents will be provided for by law, allowing accident investigations suspended for data protection reasons to resume and be extended to agriculture. In addition, administrative streamlining and technical revisions will be made to occupational accident, motor liability and patient insurance legislation.

Remote work accident compensation for state employees

Coordinating social security with the UK
An act will be passed in Finland on the application of the social security provisions of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom. Under the act, the same national practices will apply to the social security of persons moving between the countries as apply between EU countries.

Clarifying accident compensation for farmers
Amendments will be made to occupational accident and occupational disease coverage for farmers and grant recipients. Compensation for loss of earnings will be divided between the entrepreneur and an employer who paid sick pay, preventing the entrepreneur from being left entirely without compensation.

Aligning legislation with the incomes register
