    State employees working abroad, personnel serving in crisis management duties and their family members will be entitled to compensation for adverse effects caused by a Covid-19 vaccine received abroad. Compensation will be paid on the same grounds as for pharmaceutical injuries caused by vaccines administered in Finland.
