Advance voting in garrisons
Persons performing conscript service or voluntary military service for women will be able to vote in advance directly in garrisons. The change will make it easier for those serving to participate in all general elections.

Adjusting parliamentary election constituencies
Parliamentary election constituency boundaries will be amended to align with new regional and municipal boundaries. Residents of four municipalities will vote in a different constituency than before as a result of the change.

Tightening election officials' disqualification rules
An obligation to act impartially would be laid down for election officials, and the participation of candidates and their close relatives in election duties would be restricted. In addition, the division of electoral districts would be updated to reflect municipal boundary changes that have entered into force.
