Tightening housing allowance and asset limits
Asset limits and restrictions will be introduced for the general housing allowance and the housing allowance for pensioners, reducing or terminating support for households with assets. In addition, housing allowance will decrease in six cities due to a reduction in the maximum limits for housing costs.

Clarifying criminalisation of misappropriating EU funds
The misappropriation of European Union funds and attempts to do so will be explicitly criminalised in the Criminal Code. At the same time, corporate criminal liability will be extended to certain bribery and misappropriation offences that damage the EU's finances.

Reforming unemployment funds and member protection
Rules on the governance, management qualifications and membership procedures of unemployment funds will be clarified and elevated to statutory law. Unemployed members will be able to transfer to another unemployment fund if their own fund is dissolved, placed into liquidation or goes bankrupt.

Easier deregistration of inactive associations
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office will be able to remove associations that have ceased operations directly from the register of associations without court proceedings. At the same time, filing register notifications and liquidation procedures for associations will be streamlined.
