Reforming dangerous goods transport in defence
A separate act will be enacted for the transport of dangerous goods in the Finnish Defence Forces and the Finnish Border Guard. The reform clarifies the safety requirements, responsibilities and supervision of military transport.

Reforming dangerous goods transport rules
The Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods would be reformed to meet modern safety requirements, EU regulation and international agreements. Supervision, division of responsibilities and permit procedures would be clarified for road, rail, maritime and air transport.

Expanding culture benefit and tonnage taxation
Employees will also be able to use the tax-exempt culture benefit to pay for live online cultural and sporting events. In addition, tonnage taxation for vessels will be clarified and the transfer of losses in mergers of municipalities and joint municipal authorities will be permitted.
