Entrepreneurs will be able to have Kela's occupational healthcare reimbursement paid directly to a private service provider without applying for it retrospectively. In addition, information that the annual copayment ceiling for Kela taxis has been reached will be transmitted electronically to dispatch centres immediately.

Streamlining security sector licence procedures
Applicants will be able to apply for security guard, security steward and security installer licences electronically from any police department without a mandatory visit to a police station. The reform will speed up the processing of licences and make it faster to start working in the sector.
