    The home municipality compensation received by private comprehensive schools will rise from 94 per cent to 100 per cent. At the same time, private schools will have a statutory obligation to provide special support for their pupils.

    The criteria for granting specialised tracks in general upper secondary schools, such as music and sports programmes, and their funding will be clarified. Funding will be allocated directly to specialised general upper secondary schools instead of the previous municipality-specific supplement.
