Increasing basic security and family benefits
Basic social security benefits, such as minimum sickness and parental allowances as well as unemployment security, will be increased by 20 euros per month from the start of 2020. Conditions for qualifying for job alternation leave would be tightened and the maximum duration of leave shortened to six months. In addition, the increased job alternation compensation for those with a long working career would be discontinued.
