Laki valtioneuvostosta annetun lain 1 ja 13 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan valtioneuvostosta annetun lain (175/2003) 1 §:n 1 momentin 2 kohdan suomenkielinen sanamuoto, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 305/2010, sekä lisätään 13 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on osaksi laissa 88/2012, uusi 3 momentti seuraavasti:

13 §Nimitysvalta
Valtioneuvoston asetuksella säädetään määräaikaiseen virkasuhteeseen nimittämistä koskevasta toimivallasta silloin, kun vastaavaan virkaan nimittäminen on säädetty valtioneuvoston ratkaistavaksi.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Mitä muualla säädetään ulkoasiainministeriöstä, koskee tämän lain tultua voimaan ulkoministeriötä.
