1.Laki joukkoliikennelain 12 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan joukkoliikennelain (869/2009) 12 §:n 3 momentin 1 kohta, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1503/2015, seuraavasti:
12 §Reittiliikenneluvan myöntävät viranomaiset
Seudullinen kunnallinen viranomainen myöntää luvan yksinomaan toimivalta-alueellaan harjoitettavaan reittiliikenteeseen. Seudullisia kunnallisia viranomaisia ovat:
1) Helsingin seudun liikenne -kuntayhtymä perussopimuksensa mukaisten jäsenkuntien muodostamalla alueella;

59 §Siirtymäsäännökset
Liikenneturvallisuustehtävässä toimivalla on oltava kelpoisuuskirja viimeistään 29 päivänä lokakuuta 2018. Tie- ja raideliikenteen henkilökuljetuspalvelun tarjoajan, välityspalvelun tarjoajan tai näiden puolesta lippu- ja maksujärjestelmästä vastaavan toimijan on avattava liikkumispalvelun tarjoajille ja yhdistämispalvelun tarjoajille pääsy lippu- ja maksujärjestelmänsä myyntirajapintaan, jonka kautta voi ilman käyttöä rajoittavia ehtoja:
