1.Laki kansaneläkkeen ja eräiden muiden etuuksien vuoden 2017 indeksitarkistuksista
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Sen estämättä, mitä kansaneläkeindeksistä annetussa laissa (456/2001) säädetään, kansaneläkeindeksin pisteluku on 1617 vuonna 2017.
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Jos muualla laissa tai asetuksessa viitataan kansaneläkeindeksistä annettuun lakiin, kansaneläkeindeksin pisteluvun suuruuden osalta viittausten katsotaan vuonna 2017 koskevan tätä lakia.
2.Laki kansaneläkeindeksistä annetun lain 2 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kansaneläkeindeksistä annetun lain (456/2001) 2 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 869/2014, seuraavasti:
2 §Kansaneläkeindeksin laskeminen
Kansaneläkeindeksin pisteluku lasketaan jakamalla edellisen vuoden kolmannen neljänneksen kuukausien elinkustannusindeksin pistelukujen keskiarvo luvulla 1,1824. Sekä keskiarvo että osamäärä pyöristetään erikseen lähimpään kokonaislukuun.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
3.Laki toimeentulotuesta annetun lain 9 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan toimeentulotuesta annetun lain (1412/1997) 9 §:n 1 momentin 1 kohta, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1517/2015, seuraavasti:
9 §Perusosan suuruus
Toimeentulotuen perusosa kuukautta kohti on:
1) yksin asuvalla henkilöllä 454,72 euroa;
