Laki kemikaalilain 13 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kemikaalilain (599/2013) 13 §:n 3 momenttia, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 260/2022, seuraavasti:
13 §Tulli
Kun tavaraerä saapuu Suomeen Euroopan unionin jäsenmaasta, Tulli valvoo REACH-asetuksen liitteessä XVII tarkoitettujen rajoitusten sekä biosidiasetuksen ja tämän lain mukaisten biosidivalmisteiden hyväksymistä ja käsiteltyjen esineiden tuontia koskevien velvoitteiden noudattamista ja toimii markkinavalvontaviranomaisena Suomessa tapahtuvan tavaraerän purkamisen ja siihen liittyvän varastoinnin yhteydessä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Tätä lakia sovelletaan myös ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa toisesta Euroopan unionin jäsenvaltiosta Suomeen tuotujen, Tullin hallussa olevien biosidivalmisteiden tuontia koskevien velvoitteiden noudattamisen valvontaan.
