Laki kansainvälistä suojelua hakevan vastaanotosta sekä ihmiskaupan uhrin tunnistamisesta ja auttamisesta annetun lain 12 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kansainvälistä suojelua hakevan vastaanotosta sekä ihmiskaupan uhrin tunnistamisesta ja auttamisesta annetun lain (746/2011) 12 § seuraavasti:
12 §Vastaanotto laajamittaisen maahantulon yhteydessä
Jos Suomeen tulee niin suuri määrä ulkomaalaislain 109 tai 133 §:ssä tarkoitettuja ulkomaalaisia, että heitä ei voida sijoittaa vastaanottokeskuksiin tai että maahantulon edellytysten selvittäminen ja maahantulijoiden rekisteröinti tavallisessa menettelyssä ei ole mahdollista, vastaanottopalvelut järjestää järjestelykeskus. Majoitus järjestelykeskuksessa on tarkoitettu lyhytaikaiseksi. Majoittuvalle annetaan hyödykkeitä välttämätöntä toimeentuloa varten.
Maahanmuuttovirasto vastaa varautumisesta kansainvälistä suojelua hakevien tai tilapäistä suojelua saavien vastaanoton järjestämiseen laajamittaisen maahantulon tilanteessa. Maahanmuuttovirasto laatii valtakunnallisen valmiussuunnitelman laajamittaiseen maahantulon varalta sekä ohjaa muiden viranomaisten ja toimijoiden varautumista vastaanoton järjestämiseen.
Maahanmuuttovirasto toteuttaa 2 momentissa tarkoitettuja tehtäviään sekä muita tarvittavia toimenpiteitä yhteistyössä muiden viranomaisten ja 10 §:n 1 momentissa tarkoitettujen tahojen kanssa.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
