1.Laki elokuvien yhteistuotannosta tehdystä Euroopan neuvoston yleissopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Elokuvien yhteistuotannosta Rotterdamissa 30 päivänä tammikuuta 2017 tehdyn Euroopan neuvoston yleissopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
2.Laki elokuvien yhteistuotannosta tehdystä eurooppalaisesta yleissopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Elokuvien yhteistuotannosta Strasbourgissa 2 päivänä lokakuuta 1992 tehdyn eurooppalaisen yleissopimuksen (SopS 48/1995) lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
