Laki uusiutuvilla energialähteillä tuotetun sähkön tuotantotuesta annetun lain 14 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan uusiutuvilla energialähteillä tuotetun sähkön tuotantotuesta annetun lain (1396/2010) 14 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin niistä on 2 momentti laissa 441/2018, seuraavasti:
14 §Hakemus
Sähkön tuottajan on tehtävä syöttötariffijärjestelmään hyväksymistä varten hakemus Energiavirastolle.
Hakemus on tehtävä ennen kuin tuulivoimala, biokaasuvoimala ja siihen biokaasua tuottava biokaasulaitos tai puupolttoainevoimala otetaan kaupalliseen käyttöön. Muuta tuulivoimalaa kuin merituulivoimalan kokeiluhanketta koskeva hakemus on tehtävä lisäksi ennen kuin kiintiöpäätöksen voimassaolo päättyy. Metsähakevoimalan hyväksymistä koskeva hakemus voidaan tehdä myös metsähakevoimalan kaupalliseen käyttöön ottamisen jälkeen. Biokaasuvoimalan ja puupolttoainevoimalan syöttötariffijärjestelmään hyväksymistä koskeva hakemus on kuitenkin toimitettava Energiavirastoon viimeistään 31 päivänä joulukuuta 2018 ja metsähakevoimalan syöttötariffijärjestelmään hyväksymistä koskeva hakemus viimeistään 15 päivänä maaliskuuta 2021.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
