Laki yhteisestä ilmailualueesta Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Ukrainan välillä tehdystä sopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Yhteisestä ilmailualueesta Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Ukrainan välillä Kiovassa 12 päivänä lokakuuta 2021 tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta sekä soveltamisesta ennen sopimuksen kansainvälistä voimaantuloa säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella voidaan säätää, että tätä lakia sovelletaan ennen sopimuksen kansainvälistä voimaantuloa.
