Laki luonnonmukaisesta tuotannosta annetun lain 14 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan luonnonmukaisesta tuotannosta annetun lain (1330/2021) 14 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 655/2025, seuraavasti:
14 §Valtuutettu tarkastaja
Ruokavirasto voi kirjallisesti nimetä ulkopuolisen luonnollisen henkilön suorittamaan erikseen määriteltyjä viralliseen valvontaan liittyviä tehtäviä (valtuutettu tarkastaja ). Valtuutettu tarkastaja voi tehdä Ruokaviraston tai elinvoimakeskuksen toimeksiannolla viralliseen valvontaan liittyviä tarkastuksia, tutkimuksia tai selvityksiä. Tarkastusten perusteella mahdollisesti tehtävät hallinnolliset päätökset tekee toimeksiannon antanut valvontaviranomainen.
