1.Laki sähköisen viestinnän palveluista annetun lain muuttamisesta ja väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti kumotaan sähköisen viestinnän palveluista annetun lain (917/2014) 351 §:n 5 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 485/2021, ja lisätään 304 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laeissa 1211/2022, 105/2023 ja 1182/2023, väliaikaisesti uusi 2 momentti seuraavasti:
304 §Liikenne- ja viestintäviraston erityiset tehtävät
Mitä 302, 303, 308, 309, 311–315, 325, 330–332, 336, 340, 344 ja 345 §:ssä säädetään, koskee myös verkkovierailuista yleisissä matkaviestinverkoissa unionin alueella annetun Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetuksen (EU) 2022/612, jäljempänä EU:n verkkovierailu-asetus , sekä EU:n sähköisen viestinnän sisämarkkina-asetuksen noudattamisen valvontaa ja rikkomisen seuraamuksia sekä mainituista asetuksista johtuvien riitojen ratkaisemista. EU:n sähköisen viestinnän sisämarkkina-asetuksen 3 artiklan 4 kohdassa tarkoitetun liikenteenhallintatoimenpiteisiin liittyvän henkilötietojen käsittelyn valvonta kuuluu kuitenkin tietosuojavaltuutetulle.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Tämän lain 304 §:n 2 momentti on voimassa 30 päivään kesäkuuta 2032.
2.Laki tietoyhteiskuntakaaren muuttamisesta ja väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta annetun lain voimaantulosäännöksen muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan tietoyhteiskuntakaaren muuttamisesta ja väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta annetun lain (456/2016) voimaantulosäännöksen 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 486/2021, seuraavasti:
