Laki Maailman terveysjärjestön kansainväliseen terveyssäännöstöön (2005) tehdyistä muutoksista
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Maailman terveysjärjestön kansainväliseen terveyssäännöstöön (2005) (SopS 50/2007 ja 51/2007) Genevessä 1 päivänä kesäkuuta 2024 Maailman terveysjärjestön 77. yleiskokouksen päätöslauselmalla WHA77.17 tehtyjen muutosten lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Kansainvälisen terveyssäännöstön (2005) 4 artiklassa tarkoitettuna kansallisena IHR-viranomaisena toimii Suomessa sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö.
3 §
Muutosten muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
4 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
