Laki yhdistetyn patenttituomioistuimen erioikeuksista ja vapauksista tehdystä pöytäkirjasta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Yhdistetyn patenttituomioistuimen erioikeuksista ja vapauksista Brysselissä 29 päivänä kesäkuuta 2016 tehdyn pöytäkirjan lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Edellä 1 §:ssä mainitun pöytäkirjan 6 artiklan 2 kohtaa ei sovelleta Suomen kansalaiseen tai henkilöön, joka ottaessaan vastaan tehtävänsä tuomioistuimessa asuu pysyvästi Suomessa.
3 §
Edellä 1 §:ssä mainitun pöytäkirjan 10 artiklan 2 kohtaa ei sovelleta Suomen kansalaiseen tai henkilöön, joka välittömästi ennen palvelussuhdettaan tuomioistuimessa asui Suomessa.
4 §
Pöytäkirjan muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta sekä soveltamisesta ennen pöytäkirjan kansainvälistä voimaantuloa säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
5 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella voidaan säätää, että tätä lakia sovelletaan ennen pöytäkirjan kansainvälistä voimaantuloa.
