1.Laki lapsilisälain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti kumotaan lapsilisälain (796/1992) 21 §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1144/2010, sekä muutetaan 4 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin on laissa 1034/2002, seuraavasti:
4 §Rahoitus
Kansaneläkelaitoksen on kymmenen arkipäivää ennen 10 §:ssä tarkoitettua lapsilisän maksupäivää ilmoitettava valtiolle määrä, joka tarvitaan Kansaneläkelaitoksen arvion mukaan maksukuukautena maksettavien lapsilisien maksamiseen. Arvion yhteydessä Kansaneläkelaitoksen on ilmoitettava valtiolle edellistä kalenterikuukautta edeltäneeltä kalenterikuukaudelta tiedot maksettujen lapsilisien yhteismäärästä ja takaisin perityn lapsilisän määrästä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Lain 21 §:n kumoaminen tulee kuitenkin voimaan 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2016.
2.Laki elatustukilain 4 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan elatustukilain (580/2008) 4 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 857/2009, seuraavasti:

Kansaneläkelaitoksen on kymmenen arkipäivää ennen 16 §:ssä tarkoitettua elatustuen maksupäivää ilmoitettava valtiolle määrä, joka tarvitaan Kansaneläkelaitoksen arvion mukaan maksukuukautena maksettavien elatustukien maksamiseen. Arvion yhteydessä Kansaneläkelaitoksen on ilmoitettava valtiolle edellistä kalenterikuukautta edeltäneeltä kalenterikuukaudelta tiedot maksettujen elatustukien yhteismäärästä, takautumissaatavan korvaukseksi perityn elatusavun määrästä ja takaisin perityn elatustuen määrästä.
