Laki väliaikaisista poikkeuksista työttömyysturvalakiin covid-19-epidemian vuoksi annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan väliaikaisista poikkeuksista työttömyysturvalakiin covid-19-epidemian vuoksi annetun lain (315/2020) 2 §:n 2 kohta ja lisätään 2 §:ään uusi 3 kohta ja lakiin uusi 2 a § seuraavasti:
2 §Työttömyysetuuden sovittelu
Poiketen siitä, mitä työttömyysturvalain 4 luvussa säädetään:
2) soviteltaessa yritystoiminnan tuloa, jos tuloissa on tapahtunut muutos laajalle levinneen tartuntataudin vuoksi, tulot huomioidaan yrittäjän oman ilmoituksen perusteella;
3) suojaosa on 500 euroa kuukauden sovittelujakson aikana ja 465 euroa neljän peräkkäisen kalenteriviikon sovittelujakson aikana.
2 a §Liikkuvuusavustus
Poiketen siitä, mitä työttömyysturvalain 8 luvun 1 §:n 2 momentissa säädetään, liikkuvuusavustusta voidaan myöntää kokoaikatyöhön, jos päivittäisen työhön liittyvän matkan kesto työn alkaessa ylittää keskimäärin kaksi tuntia tai henkilö muuttaa vastaavalta etäisyydeltä työn takia.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa alkaneelta työttömyysetuuden hakujaksolta maksettavaan soviteltuun työttömyysetuuteen sovelletaan tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa olleita säännöksiä. Tämän lain voimassa ollessa alkaneelta työttömyysetuuden hakujaksolta maksettavaan soviteltuun työttömyysetuuteen sovelletaan tätä lakia.
Ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa alkaneen työn johdosta maksettavaan liikkuvuusavustukseen sovelletaan tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa olleita säännöksiä. Tämän lain voimassaolon päättymisen jälkeen maksettavaan liikkumisavustukseen sovelletaan tämän lain voimassaolon päätyttyä voimassa olevia säännöksiä.
