1.Laki työttömyysturvalain 6 luvun 3 a §:n ja 7 luvun 5 a §:n kumoamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan työttömyysturvalain (1290/2002) 6 luvun 3 a § ja 7 luvun 5 a §, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laeissa 1138/2017 ja 1267/2018.
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Sitä sovelletaan työttömyysetuuteen, jota maksetaan ajalta lain voimaan tulon jälkeen.
2.Laki työttömyysetuuksien rahoituksesta annetun lain 4 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan työttömyysetuuksien rahoituksesta annetun lain (555/1998) 4 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1139/2017, seuraavasti:
4 §Ansiopäivärahojen rahoitus
Valtionosuutena työttömyyskassalle maksetaan kustakin ansiopäivärahasta työttömyysturvalain 6 luvun 1 §:n mukaista peruspäivärahaa vastaava määrä. Jos ansiopäiväraha maksetaan työttömyysturvalain 4 luvun mukaisesti soviteltuna tai vähennettynä, valtionosuutena maksetaan se määrä, joka vastaa peruspäivärahan suhteellista osuutta kustakin täydestä työttömyysturvalain 6 luvun 2 §:n 1 momentin mukaan määräytyvästä ansiopäivärahasta.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Ansiopäivärahaan, jota maksetaan ajalta ennen tämän lain voimaan tuloa, sovelletaan tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa olleita säännöksiä.
3.Laki työttömyyskassalain 25 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan työttömyyskassalain (603/1984) 25 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1140/2017, seuraavasti:
