Laki uusiutuvien polttoaineiden käytön edistämisestä liikenteessä annetun lain 5 §:n muuttamisesta ja 5 b §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan uusiutuvien polttoaineiden käytön edistämisestä liikenteessä annetun lain (446/2007) 5 §:n 1 momentin 3 kohta, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 603/2021, ja lisätään 5 b §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 603/2021, väliaikaisesti uusi 3 momentti seuraavasti:
5 §Uusiutuvien polttoaineiden kulutukseen toimittaminen
Jakelija on velvollinen toimittamaan uusiutuvia polttoaineita kulutukseen. Uusiutuvien polttoaineiden energiasisällön osuus jakelijan kulutukseen toimittamien moottoribensiinin, dieselöljyn, maakaasun, biopolttoaineiden, biokaasun ja muuta kuin biologista alkuperää olevien uusiutuvien nestemäisten ja kaasumaisten liikenteen polttoaineiden energiasisällön kokonaismäärästä (jakeluvelvoite ) tulee olla vähintään:
3) 12,0 prosenttia vuonna 2022;
5 b §Jakeluvelvoitteen ylittäminen
Poiketen siitä, mitä 1 momentissa säädetään, jos jakelija on kalenterivuonna 2022 toimittanut kulutukseen enemmän uusiutuvia polttoaineita kuin mitä 5 §:n 1 momentissa säädetään, jakelija saa ottaa ylimenevän osuuden kokonaisuudessaan huomioon seuraavan kalenterivuoden jakeluvelvoitetta laskettaessa.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Sen 5 b §:n 3 momentti on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2024.
Lain 5 §:n 1 momentin 3 kohtaa sovelletaan 1 päivästä tammikuuta 2022.
