1.Laki vähittäiskaupan sekä parturi- ja kampaamoliikkeen aukioloajoista annetun lain kumoamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan vähittäiskaupan sekä parturi- ja kampaamoliikkeen aukioloajoista annettu laki (945/2009).
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki sopimattomasta menettelystä elinkeinotoiminnassa annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti: lisätään sopimattomasta menettelystä elinkeinotoiminnassa annettuun lakiin (1061/1978) siitä lailla 810/1990 kumotun 5 §:n tilalle uusi 5 § seuraavasti:
5 §Elinkeinonharjoittajan oikeus pitää liikkeensä suljettuna
Elinkeinonharjoittajalla on oikeus pitää kauppakeskuksessa tai vastaavassa myymäläkeskittymässä sijaitseva vähittäiskauppansa ja parturi- ja kampaamoliikkeensä suljettuna yhtenä päivänä kalenteriviikossa valitsemanaan viikonpäivänä. Tätä oikeutta ei kuitenkaan ole sellaisena kalenteriviikkona, jona kauppakeskusta tai vastaavaa myymäläkeskittymää elinkeinonharjoittajaa sitovan sopimuksen mukaan pidetään auki vähemmän kuin seitsemänä kalenteripäivänä.
Edellä 1 momentin vastainen sopimusehto ja muu siihen rinnastettava järjestely on elinkeinonharjoittajaa kohtaan tehoton.
Mitä tässä pykälässä säädetään, sovelletaan elinkeinonharjoittajaan, jonka 1 momentissa tarkoitetuissa liikkeissä työskentelee säännöllisesti yhteensä enintään viisi henkilöä.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
