Aligning Keva terms with municipal elections
The terms of office of Keva's council members will be aligned with municipal elections. The term of the council members who took office in 2020 will end at the end of August 2021, after which new decision-makers will be appointed based on the municipal election results.

Reforming Keva's governance and membership
The governance structure of the pension institution Keva will be reformed, and the representation of the labour market organisations on its bodies will be increased. Co-operatives controlled by municipalities will be enabled to join Keva as member organisations.

Sitra's official liability and appeal ban
