Protection against cross-border harassment lawsuits
A new act will protect journalists, researchers and civil society organisations from unfounded lawsuits brought with the intention of silencing them in cross-border civil cases. Courts would be able to dismiss a harassment lawsuit at an early stage, require security for legal costs from the claimant, and impose a penalty fee on the claimant.

Deregulating vehicle inspection independence requirements
Vehicle repair shops and other automotive businesses will be able to offer all inspection services and individual approvals alongside their own operations. At the same time, vehicle inspection rules and the classification of defects will be updated to meet EU requirements.

Improving seafarer security and agency work
Shipping companies will be required to take out insurance to cover employees' repatriation costs, unpaid wages and medical expenses in international transport. At the same time, access to vacancy notices and shared facilities on board vessels will be improved for agency workers in the maritime sector.
