Transfer of Bank of Finland pensions
The administration of pension affairs for the staff of the Bank of Finland and the Financial Supervisory Authority will be transferred to the pension provider Keva. The amount and terms of pensions will remain unchanged, and the Bank of Finland will continue to be responsible for financing them.

Rules on the governance, supervision and risk management of Keva, the public sector pension institution, will be compiled into a dedicated act, and qualification requirements for management will be tightened. At the same time, separate acts will be enacted on the financing of state and church pension provision without changes to the current financing level.
