Reasonable late fees for housing registration
Late fees charged for delays in registering ownership of housing company shares will be adjusted to a reasonable level. Fees will no longer accumulate on a compound interest basis, preventing penalties from escalating to unreasonable amounts.

Courts will be able to reduce the opposing party's legal costs payable by the losing party in a civil case with a lower threshold than before. The reform will reduce the financial risk associated with litigation and lower the threshold for taking cases to court.
