Wellbeing services counties and joint county authorities for wellbeing services will be able to obtain loan financing from Municipality Finance. The funding raised can be guaranteed by the Municipal Guarantee Board.

Clarifying Municipal Guarantee Board rules
The term of office of the delegation of the Municipal Guarantee Board will begin earlier, right at the start of the year following municipal elections. In addition, the option to use contractual covenants as collateral for guarantees will be incorporated into the act.
